How to Make Turkish Coffee and Turkish Tea

How to Make Turkish Coffee

  5. Once the foam has formed, remove the cezve from the heat and wait for the foam to settle slightly.
  6. Return the cezve to the heat and repeat the same process.
  7. Repeat this process 2-3 times until the coffee reaches the desired consistency.
  8. When the coffee is ready, pour it into cups and serve.

  • The best water for Turkish coffee is fresh and cold.
  • Never boil the coffee.

  • Teapot

Instructions:

  1. Fill the bottom part of the samovar with water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add one teaspoon of tea per cup to the teapot.
  3. Pour the boiling water into the teapot and place the teapot on top of the samovar.
  4. Let the tea steep for 15 minutes.
